There is no time like the present - make the most of it!

I am a 63-year-old female with a myriad of health issues, many of which will be vastly improved with a healthier lifestyle. I am keenly interested in using the nutrition tracker to develop a balanced food plan for myself in spite of my multiple food allergies. Additional allergies I deal with include MCS - Multiple Chemical Sensitivities along with Environmental Allergies.

Added 09 Mar 2013 - I recently found my framed version of the following which I read daily in the 1970's. Time to remind myself of this daily:

The Desiderata

G'morning, hon! I see you've joined The Beck movement - I've been seeing it more and more on here. How's it going for you? Do you like it? 'cause if anything can make this journey-to-health enjoyable (not just tolerable) I might give it a whirl my own self.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I tried to get to the links you put in there, but it didn't go to a specific one. Can you tell me the name of what you wanted me to see so I can search that.

I actually thought the show , "I am Cait" , was going to be lame and weird.
I find I am getting quite a bit out of it. emoticon

emoticon term, SOTA. I never heard it before but it is certainly me. I'm a bit worried about how to take time to eat slowly and mindfully while I'm in nursing school. I hardly ever ate a meal unless I was driving or reading or watching a video on how to perform a skill. There just is so little time in a student day. Did you find any solutions?
