My Goals:
I hope the weight loss will help alleviate some of my minor health concerns, give me more energy and endurance.

My Program:
Low fat, high fiber, no red meat, little to no sugar and tons of vegetables!

Bicycling, hiking, walking, swimming and dance and fitness games on the Wii.

Support from my friends and faith. Phil 4:13!

Personal Information:
I am so excited for summer to be here! It means lots of beach time, drive-in movies and outdoor activities with family and friends! :)

I love Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers movies, photography, scrapbooking, reading and painting.
