Jenny,( I'm speaking as a mother would again)

Just because PT didn't work for your hand doesn't necessarily mean that it won't work for your shoulder! At least by TRYING it, you'll be able to tell me "See! I told you so!"

I'm betting that it will help some... and it's possible that the physical therapist may give you some tips on how to lie down or move in your daily activities that will help you get the sleep that you need...

You can get through this!
