-Improve overall health. -Prepare body for pregnancy. - Lower Blood Sugar levels. -Eat as much organic, local foods as our budget can afford. -Be continually aware of my spiritual and mental needs.
-Eating between 1000 to 1500 calories/day. -Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes, 5 days a week.
