In my past time, I enjoy physical activities, exercising, kick boxing, speed/distance walking, all types of dancing, sewing, crocheting, I can be somewhat compulsive-a clean frek, I enjoy reading health topics, literature, and history.

1). I am drinking @ Least 10, maybe 12 glasses of water daily.

3). Redeveloping the strength with weights training.
4). Currently following the demos listed with SP
5). I am following Fit Sugar occasionally for yoga & nutrition
6). I am following Shape magazine, on occasion for exercise & nutrition
7). I am, on occasion,following Fitness Magizine for exercise & Nutrition
8). I amConsistent with healthy eating habits; minimal red meat, eliminating non-nutritious & starchy carbohydrates, like sugars, candy, biscuits, gravy. Increasing healthy protein.
9). I am cohesive with sleeping habits, resting irregulary 10 hrs daily.
10). I am still seeking consistency with acceptaing challenges
