My Goals:
I was always a jock, and always in shape. A few years after high school, my metabolism and fitness habits started to slow down. Now I know I need to get back on track. I'm starting off by setting my weight goal to be what it was right before I went downhill. Anything beyond my goal would be amazing, but one step at a time!

My Program:
I feel that losing weight is 80% diet. If I was running 10 miles a day, I could eat what I want. But I'm not running 10 miles a day, therefore, I need to get motivated to eat better! I feel that it takes a month to break a bad habit, so if I can stay on track for a month with my diet, then it should get easier to make better choices.

Personal Information:
I'm from America's finest city, San Diego, California. As a Southern Californian, I have so many options year round for fitness both inside and out. I need to start taking advantage of that, I'm sure the great outdoors won't mind me visiting ;-]

Other Information:
I have a huge passion for photography. I drive a school bus & LOVE it!
