Hi there! I just visited y0ur page after reading your blog and it looks so lonely without any comments so I decided to add one! I too am a loner of sorts and I LOVE staying inside. My neighbors hardly ever see me, hahaha! I'm glad you are doing some walking. That is what I do too and it really does work. Now I am heading up a walking club at my job since I've lost 80lbs just walking (and of course, eating right). Keep it up and you will be at your goal by the year's end! How cool will that be? Also, if you aren't familiar with it, you can walk those pounds off indoors! Have you tried the Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds Series on dvd? That is how I lost all of my weight! Walking indoors is fun and it will give you a great workout. You will lower your cholesterol, sleep great, knock out depression AND lose your weight! Check into it if you are interested.
