I am 39 years old and live with my husband and 2 children aged 15 and 16. My oldest daughter is 22 and recently graduated from university. I completed a degree course last year in the UK and a teacher training course this year. I have secured a teaching job in September and look forward to having my own class at long last!

4. I cycled 1000k over a period of 6 months.
5. Ran/walked 5k in The Race of Life on 4th May 2008! DONE!

From the looks of it we both have been away from Spark for quite awhile. Sure hope you and your family are happy & healthy. emoticon

If and when you check in again I'll fill you in on a few things about myself...one of which was quite scary! My weight is remaining stable, with zero upswings, other than the ones I worked hard for.

Summer/School break will be here before long, so maybe you'll be able to squeeze back in a little bit of Spark time. My favorite news site is Mail Online, which is UK based, so I think of you quite often when I'm browsing the stories.

Hello My Sweet Friend!
We have a lot of challenges right now but I am staying true to a healthy diet and getting some exercise in daily. It really does help!! i am glad that you are doing better and finding what works for you! I just purchased your wonderful Starstone Trilogy books and your Wish for Marcus book for my Kindle Fire to us in my homeschool for my children! What I gift you have that you have given to me to share with my family!! I miss you friend, but understand!

Man when you said you wouldn't be on Spark very much....you meant it!! emoticon

Sure hope you are doing well, Helen. Honestly, other than logging in my foods or adding pictures/text to my Page, I'm not on here much, myself.

I'm trying my hand at placing all my focus on building muscle, instead of just losing fat. Trust me..it's not an easy, mental task, I gotta tell ya!! emoticon Trying to eat MORE, yet not get fat in the process, is tough! I'm doing great, I must say...but, I do have my weaker *mental* days, where I battle feeling like I'm getting *fat*..even though my pictures are telling the true story.

But, when you are used to your clothes fitting a certain way..then they get snug across your arms, shoulders, back, and thighs..it can tug at your head, let me tell ya! LOL

Anyway, hope to hear from you, soon. Even if it's just a quick pop in and out, to say you're safe and sound.
