Hello all! Welcome to my Spark Page!! My name is Audrey and I was born in April 86'. I have one sweet little boy that me and my hunny named Jacob which was born in November 07'. He is what started me on my journey to health and fitness and thankfully I found spark to keep me going on my way. I have dropped 3-4 pant sizes, I started here in October 08' at 175 pounds and a size 14 - 15 and currently wear a size 10 - 11. I am only human and tend to fall off track here and there but I am definitely not ever going to give up. This is me, this is my life, this is my future, I want to have the energy I need to be a fun and loving mother, a wonderful girlfriend/fiance'/wife lol to my hunny and to finally reach my goals in weight loss and out. I am not happy at my job and I feel a healthy lifestyle will lead me on another career path!
HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW JAN 11TH 2010

After being off track and regaining 5 or 6 pounds I feel terrible.
My self confidence is extremely low, I am depressed and I feel lonely and agitated. I am dehydrated, I have heart burn and indigestion and my stomach is extremely bloated. My clothes are tight and I feel disgusted when I look in the mirror. My energy is low, I feel tired and run down and my skin looks awful. I am writing this in hopes that when I slip up I can read just how bad the effects of falling off track really are.

My Goals:
Drink 64oz water daily

Eat within my calorie range

Burn 400 calories during each workout or more!

Calorie burn of at least 2000 a week.

Hit up the gym atleast 4 to 5 times a week.

Limit alcohol consumption















SW- 175 lbs
CW- 155lbs
SGW- 150 lbs
UGW- 140 lbs

My Program:
Try to drink at least 8 glasses of h20 a day.

Get in exercise at least 5 - 6 times a week, 4 or 5 of those days in the gym.

Eat within 1310 - 1660 cals a day.

Eat for energy and recovery

My name is Audrey and I am a 23 yr. old mommy to my handsome little boy named Jacob who will be 2 in November. I have been with his father for over 3 years and enjoy spending time as a family. I want to have the energy to keep up with my children ( more in the future ) and take care of my family. I live in Saint Petersburg Florida and love going to the beaches here! I am not religious, which most people frown upon but I don't like being fake and if I don't believe than I'm not going to pretend to.

Other Information:
I listen to a wide variety of music and enjoy going out dancing with my friends. My favorite t.v. shows are House, Lie To Me, Days Of Our Lives ( haha! I've been watching it for forever with my mom and can't seem to stop! ) American Idle, So You Think You Can Dance, America's Got Talent, Hells Kitchen, The Listener, Food Network shows and my all time fav thing to watch is football!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey! Thanks for the comment on my before/after photo! Sorry it took so long for me to reply... I was on vacation all last week.

Anyway, regarding "the girls"...

Yeah, they got smaller. I didn't really notice until I realized I had to buy new bras! I got fitted at Victoria's Secret with my friend and they said I was a 32B! I tried that size on and it wasn't big enough in the cups so I got a 32C and that fits me just fine.

Mind you, I've been a 34D for the past 7 years. I was a 32C back when I was, like, 12 years old!

As far as perkiness goes...

They're just as they've always been. Despite always having a large chest, they were never saggy or droopy or anything. I think it's just in my genes for them to be up where they belong, so to speak, haha.

I'm sure different people have different things happen to them, though.

Girl I am sooooo happy for you!!!! I bet you feel awesome. it shows that hard work does pay off! I have been just trying to eat good. I was doing pretty good minus last night and today lol but I'm back on track so hopefully we both keep moving forward. Brandon and I are doing great! I went to see a florist to talk about bouquets for the wedding and we have our first cake tasting this tuesday. I am sooo looking forward to that lol I am thinking about getting a second job which I really do not want to do but brandon is thinking about working off shore which I hate that idea! So I think I would rather have two jobs then him be away from me for a couple weeks at a time. anyways I gotta finish getting ready so we can go get some dinner. Talk to you soon chica:)
