My Program:
Done with diets - I'm on a permanent lifestyle change. I am eating healthy foods most of the time - I'm no saint! But I am tracking everthing daily. I am starting to exercise little by little - need to strengthen my muscles to support my joints and reduce the lower back pain when I walk. The chair exercises are brilliant! I have started to use the visualisation techniques I read about on here.

I like to read and make cards and explore new places..

Thanks so much for the goodie - got thro the challenge without too much trouble but have been away for a week and put back 1lb but not letting it worry me. Starting the next leg on Monday.
LOVE your status!! Hope it's a sign that you're getting motivation back. None of it's easy and I've learned from you to take it as it comes. So sending your own advice back to you emoticon
Very happy to hear from you - let me know how you get on.

Hiya! Thanks so much for visiting my recent blogs. Your encouragement is always so welcome.
Spark Solution certainly arrived at an opportune moment but that and an accompanying trial on Spark Coach are taking up so-o much of my time. However - I'm so bad at sticking to all this that I just thought some public accountability would be good. That said - I totally agree that there is often stuff in one's way and the path is never smooth. Just gotta persevere.
I see from your status that you're contemplating a further push and hope that means things are calming down a bit. Let me know when you can.
BIG emoticon and more thanks. XXX

Hi! I just wanted to say hello and that your idea of giving up diets and having success with that is an inspiration to me. I have tried everything from Weight Watchers to Atkins to South Beach to counseling to Overeaters Anonymous, and nothing works for me for the long haul. I have a serious problem with emotional eating, but I'm determined to get this under control. I just want to learn how to eat sensibly in a way that I can live with! It sounds like this is something you have had success with, and that gives me hope! Thanks! :)
