Where I started no longer matters in my's where I am now and where I long to be that become the vital information in my story...I am 3/4ths of the way through my original journey...and that's where the brick wall lays before me.
Starting today I am working my way on scaling that brick wall...and hopefully climbing over it to the other side....a side i've never seen before. I'm ready for a new adventure, with new goals and hurdles and victories ahead!
I am not at all discrediting anything I've done in the past couple of years....the pounds i've lost and the miles i've ventured...but to reach my original goal i feel the need to count this as my new starting point, so my brain can realize now...there is great room for improvement!

Fitness Minutes: 10,438

My Goals:
1.) work on my running....and towards a consistant 10 min mile
2.) work on strength training
3.) try a new activity this summer

My Program:
Same old same old....watching calories and choosing healthier foods...

The past couple of summers i've worked on jogging....i think this summer i will focus on speed more than distance....also on cross training

I am always looking for fun things to do with my nephews and family.

    I did take the time to read through your story here. (You could have written the core of the Spark book: take a step in the right direction...and then another...and another...and believe you are worth it!)

    Way to go as far as you are...and way to keep on keepin' on. So glad you have found support in the journey!

    You will continue to be an example to others of what the "journey" towards health and fitness looks like!
