Hello Fellow Overnighter! I have worked an odd shift for over 7 years now and I find that getting off in the morning and staying up still noon really works well. I will get up between 8 and 9. Workout, get ready for work. have "breakfast" at midnight, "lunch" at 4 and "dinner" around 9am. Then walk the dogs and off to bed :) I also take 10mg of melatonin before bedtime. I usually sleep great. Good Luck to you!
Congrats on quitting hun. You and I are pretty close on a lot of things, weight loss goals, breaking bad habits, sisters of mother nature...and did I mention both absolutely fabulous. Stay sexy and keep workin towards a happier you.
