Picking Up The Pieces

I'm Rachel! I'm 24 years old, living in Sacramento, CA.

It's been a LONG time since I've been on SparkPeople. Last time I was here, which was in 2011, I was on my way to dropping 30 pounds. I wanted to go from 185 to 155 - and I SUCCEEDED!

Now, I am pushing to lose 5 more pounds to get to 150 and then I will be consulting a personal trainer to help me achieve more muscle definition.

It has been a LONG road for me with my weight loss but now I am looking and feeling great. Nothing can describe the feeling of accomplishment that I have now. I will continue to utilize SparkPeople as a way to gain motivation from others as well as give advice to those who need it!

My Program:
I'm currently hitting the gym 5x a week, doing mostly cardio followed by a couple weight training machines. Hoping to get down to 150 pounds!

*Eating 1200-1500 calories a day, drinking four 16 fl oz. bottles of water a day (equivalent to 8 glasses of water)


Personal Information:
I'm from Sacramento, CA. I'm 24 years old. I currently attend Sac State and I'm an English major. Absolutely love eating healthy and feeling great! Going to the gym is a habit that I will be keeping up for the rest of my life!
