My Goals:
To loose some fat & get my muscles back so my weight is one less thing I have to worry about in my hectic life!

My Program:
I'm currently alternating circuit training & Pilates at home Mon, Wed, Fri, & the Couch to 5K program Tues, Thurs, & Sat. I usually focus more on weight training, but I'm trying to incorporate more cardio to get those last 14 lbs or so off.

Personal Information:
My name is Angie. I was born in MI, then moved to MD & then NJ. I've also live in CA & London England. Now I'm living in a quaint little 1br with my boyfriend, Jon & we're just kind of muddling through trying to make it & find our place in this world.

Other Information:
I love to craft. I'm a member of a burlesque/Vaudville troop that tours around NJ, NY, PA, & MA so I'm trying to get back down to my fighting weight for that as well as my new ideal of helping others get healthy.

Thanks for your comments on my blog! It's funny, I've been so faithful to my running plan for months. This is the first little hiccup I've had in a while. But no biggie -- like you said! Now that I've been running a while (3 years), I don't get too worried when things don't go according to plan!

Hey Pipps - thanks for your comment on my blog! I signed up for my first Color Run ~ that should be fun! I see from your pics you did one of those muddy runs (Tough Mudder?). I don't think I would enjoy that -- too messy! LOL

I've thought about your gym etiquette vlog several times in the last week... When I read your blog, initially I thought Lucky Me cuz I haven't noticed anything too awful at the gym. Ha. Just last night I witness the Loud Man Grunting phenomenon. What is UP with that? Hate attention getters.

But I'd like to add an item to your list of gym faux pas: farting. Seriously, get the H out of the gym if you're gassy. I was running on the treadmill, and all of a sudden... Whew! Where did that come from? I mean, come ON!

As long as I'm on a rant, here's another one for you: Spraying down the machine and SPRAYING THE PERSON ON THE NEXT MACHINE. Our gym has little notes taped on the machines saying to wipe them down when you're done. I usually spray the towel and wipe the machine down with that. But I've noticed others grabbing the spray bottle and taking it TO the machine, spraying down the machine... But they are rather sloppy with their spray direction and have sprayed ME. Seriously?!
