My Goals:
To be as healthy and strong as possible, through a healthy diet and plenty of exercise. I do not have a weight goal, but I would like to reach a size 10.

My Program:
I'm a vegetarian and I eat between 1200 to 1500 calories a day.

Less sitting and more moving! My goal is to exercise 5 to 6 days a week for at least 60 minutes each day.

Personal Information:
I am a born again Christian and mom to two awesome sons. I am 53 years old.

Other Information:
I workout at home and I collect fitness DVD's. Some of my favorite at home workouts & instructors are; Les Mills Pump, DDP Yoga, 30 Minutes To Fitness, Ellen Barrett and Violet Zaki.

Thanks for the note Pixie. I was way off track, then started getting somewhat back on track this summer with some tough and consistent workouts. But I still was off on eating and assumed I was back to square one. IN fact, when I went to a clinic for a strep test, I told them what I thought my weight was (which I thought I was actually underestimating and was making me feel helpless). The next morning, I got on the scale and I was 15 pounds under my guess. That made me feel good, so I started cleaning up my eating act and got back on SP. I'm going to try to not be so judgmental of myself and see how it goes. Wishing us both success!
