One day at a time, making my health and happiness a priority. Never forgetting that I am always worth my best effort, and that I have the power to amaze myself!
My journey has been through many ups and downs. I lost 86 lbs in 2006, only to gain it all back (plus 14 "bonus pounds") a year later. Then in 2012, I lost 72 pounds. Again, I gained it back. I've been struggling ever since then to get back on track. But I firmly believe that struggling is not always a bad thing....it means I'm still trying! I will never give up on myself.

Fitness Minutes: 89,260

My Goals:
To be as healthy and strong as possible, through a healthy diet and plenty of exercise. I do not have a weight goal, but I would like to reach a size 10.


My Program:
Trying to eat healthy, real food, around 1500 calories a day. Fighting the battle against sodas and junk food.
Less sitting and more moving! My goal is to exercise 5 to 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes each day.



Personal Information:
I am a born again Christian and mom to two awesome sons. I am 55 years old.


Other Information:
I workout at home and I collect fitness DVD's. Some of my favorite at home workouts & instructors are; Les Mills Pump, DDP Yoga, 30 Minutes To Fitness, Ellen Barrett and Violet Zaki.
