One day at a time, making my health and happiness a priority. Never forgetting that I am always worth my best effort, and that I have the power to amaze myself!

In 2012, I lost 71 pounds. In 2013 I hit a plateau. Eventually, I gave up trying, and gained back most of the weight I'd lost.

In September 2014, I got back on track. My goal is to re-lose the pounds I re-gained, and to eventually reach a size 10. I will never give up on myself! Heroes fall down sometimes, but they always get back up.

My Goals:
To be as healthy and strong as possible, through a healthy diet and plenty of exercise. I do not have a weight goal, but I would like to reach a size 10.

My Program:
Healthy, real food, around 1500 calories a day. No sodas or junk.

Less sitting and more moving! My goal is to exercise 5 to 6 days a week for at least 60 minutes each day.

Personal Information:
I am a born again Christian and mom to two awesome sons. I am 54 years old.

Other Information:
I workout at home and I collect fitness DVD's. Some of my favorite at home workouts & instructors are; Les Mills Pump, DDP Yoga, 30 Minutes To Fitness, Ellen Barrett and Violet Zaki.
