I saw your reply to an exercise suggestion by hold weights while on the treadmill. I am concerned for you if you try this procedure. I have read several articles that advise against holds weights while walking or on treadmill. By holding the weights it will throw your body off balance and change your walking-gait. You could cause injury to your muscles from your feet up through your lower back.

dont rely just on motivation, keep your attention, your focus on being healthy, how it feels to get in a great workout, how eating well gives you clarity and you feel less weighed down and lethargic. keep in mind that you are not going to see all of the benefits in one week or one month but you will feel better everyday you choose to be actively healthy, can you just imagine what it will be like after a year, 2 -3 years, boy now that is something to look forward too but dont take my word for it.
