Switch up to journaling food again.. see if I can kickstart back into weight loss mode..

OK, at the infamous 'plateau' stage, my body has gotten accustomed to what I feed it and decided to hold on to remaining fat.

I have to start watching my cholesterol (tryglycerides) so I will journal my food and see how if I stay within the recommended 0-250 per day range.

I can't live off yesterdays losses..while I'm still down in my weight I've not lost in several months. 36 lbs was from 'yesterday'. Moving forward from this weight on, I will set new goals. ...

1) Try to do some type of low impact exercise..get moving and kick-start some more lbs lost.

2) Lose at least 5 lbs by July 7th when my son turns 21.

Enjoyed our long conversation last night! I have missed you and missed our conversation.

I wasn't joking about my phone, when I hung up a message popped up and said my battery was overheating rofl..lol..

I don't blame you go for the food..we will take a break and resume after you get back with journaling..we've established we've both been off track, we know we are emotional eaters and Lord knows we've had some emotional upsets..we will get back on track though..but for know just run amuck..

Love you and have fun on your trip..paying for a pain-free trip for you :)

Hey, sorry haven't been on much. Bad week with back. What happened to use we have gone missing from our quest to be skinny Minnie's. I have eaten every wrong thing I can get my hands on. Candy, cookies, cake, more of the last three times ten. HELP ME. HELLLLLLLP MEEEEEEE. I had my MRI Tues. , waiting on report. Hurt like crazy having to sit still so long. Sis Becky is at the church for 3 day revival. Mike said she is preaching a great Word. Come if you can. Everybody would love to see ya'll. we are going to the mountains for a few days next week and I know I will not make good choices. FUNNEL CAKE, FOOT LONG CORN DOG, MELS BANANA SPLIT....These are a few of my favorite things la la la la. I'm not going for the fall colors, I'm GOING FOR THE FOOD.

Can't beat that! I've not been able to buy much healthy foods lately..just eating whatever they fix which is mostly junk..last night tho I opted for a baked potato lol..hugs to you friend..happy friday!!! yeah!

The best thing about the pizza was it was FREE. Papa Johns just opened up again in the same place and they gave out coupons for a free Large 1 topping. And they even deliver all the way out here. Gonna be hard to resist. Sigh, sigh. Having breakfast for dinner tonight for Nates Birthday. I'm with you glad it's almost Friday. Hugs

I just put my food in..had some repeat food days..eating same thing for lunch 2 days in row and dinner lol..leftover hamburger last night..lol
