Switch up to journaling food again.. see if I can kickstart back into weight loss mode..

OK, at the infamous 'plateau' stage, my body has gotten accustomed to what I feed it and decided to hold on to remaining fat.

I have to start watching my cholesterol (tryglycerides) so I will journal my food and see how if I stay within the recommended 0-250 per day range.

I can't live off yesterdays losses..while I'm still down in my weight I've not lost in several months. 36 lbs was from 'yesterday'. Moving forward from this weight on, I will set new goals. ...

1) Try to do some type of low impact exercise..get moving and kick-start some more lbs lost.

2) Lose at least 5 lbs by July 7th when my son turns 21.

Eat something satisfying just in moderation smaller portion, and add a side salad, that's what I done for dinner and I was full... now if I can keep my hand out of any more snacking boxes/jars :) yes it's so good to be typing again.

Throw that lap top on the floor. They can buy another one. Knees not so easy to replace. Glad you don't have bad damage. I am hungry today, bet you I eat alllll my cals today. You've been doing good. Sure is good to be typing again. emoticon

Thanks for the chuckle (exercise note) I didn't get up so fast had to lay there a bit so don't think it would count..haha.

It's feeling better today but still hurts some...I was worried I had torn some soft tissues or something but I think it just took a hard lick with all my weight hitting so hard. I had my work laptop in my hands so I didn't get to catch my fall with my hands was trying to hold it up so it didn't hit floor, its fine thank the good Lord!

Oh no, so sorry you fell. Better ice those knees. Figures when you have a few days off to rest that this would happen. We will be praying for you. On an up note, you can put under exercise for the day....... Picking myself up off the ground. Feel better soon. emoticon emoticon
