My Goals:
My goals are to lose a few more pounds, to eat healthier foods & to increase my exercising routines. I want to find more food combinations that are good for you, but still taste good.

My Program:
To reach my goals, I'm searching for better, healthier recipes. I don't get the chance to cook much, but when I do, I am planning better by using recipes from this website, a Denise Austin book I bought, & wherever else I can find them. I've been reading blogs & looking for other motivations & incentives whereever I can find them & they are helping me stay on track. Articles & blogs have helped me find healthier veggies, fruits, grains, snacks, etc. and how to eat them in a variety of combinations.

Personal Information:
I'm a photographer working for the federal government. I live in a small town in Texas. I have one son & a daughter-in-law that I'm crazy about & very proud of. I'm also crazy about my 2 step children with their spouses & 3 grandchildren...and counting (hopefully)! I am passionate about animals; especially dogs & horses.

Greek Yogurt is definitely an acquired taste! I like the Fage much better than the Chobani - Chobani is too sweet for me. I like the ones mixed with fruit - strawberry or blueberry are my faves, or honey.

Thanks for your comment on my blog! The neighbor that I walked the dog for...the husband has pancreatic and liver cancer so his wife is having to be his primary caregiver of which means she doesn't get to get out and walk the dog as much as she'd like. And that's where I step in to help.

Thank you! I'm not on any prescriptions, but that's a good point. I heard that some people have a reaction to burning Pinon, so it might have been that someone threw that in their fireplace or something... Who knows. =/ Feeling better today, though.
