My Goals:
I want to hit a goal of 130lbs, be able to run for 30 minutes straight, and to be able to rebuild my upper body.

My Program:
My diet isn't a diet. I've changed how I eat. By reducing sugar and increasing the amount of raw foods, I'm able to eat things similar to what I was eating before but make them healthier. I notice that, by cutting out sugar, when I try to go back and eat a high sugar food, now, it tastes too sweet for me.

For excercise, I do a Spin Cycle class for an hour every monday, 30 minutes of cardio (alternating interval and endurance training) on a treadmill, and 30 minutes 3x a week of strength training.

Sometimes, I fall off the wagon. But, I cut myself some slack because, so far, I can see it working.
