Not the strict goals, more like intentions or ideas:
walk more, build my distance up to 10-15 miles this summer,
health permitting-start over with jog/walk intervals, up to 5K,
get more control over my plate and fridge LOL,
less stress, more cool!

Marta, thanks for your comments on my blog. I need to try hot tea with one teaspoon of sugar - it might just do the trick of giving me the pep I need. Or on days when I feel I really need it, I might try drinking just a small cup of sweet iced tea instead of the large ones I used to drink so often. Right now, I'm trying hard to eat my calories instead of drinking them, but I really do miss the sweet tea on occasion so it's good to have these suggestions!
