In the Making: A Complete Lifestyle Change

Hi there! I am 28 years old, married with 2 sweet girls. My goals are to a) lose enough weight to fit into my old jeans (so about 20lbs)
b) to finish my total goal of reaching 125lbs and then learn to maintain it!
c) to de-stress and reach an appropriate body fat percentage so that I stay healthy for my family
d) being more specific, I want be at 125lbs by June 15th, 2013
e) that would be a weighloss goal of 1+ 1/2 lbs per week!
