My initial nutrition and fitness goals are:

* Eat 5 veggies and/or fruit each day
* Drink 8 cups of water each day
* Pack my lunch at least 3 days per week
* 30 minutes of cardio 5x per week
* 15 minutes of other exercise 5x per week
* 10,000 steps per day

My Program:
Specific fitness goals:

Morning Exercise (15 min minimum at least 5x)
- Pilates, resistance band, stability ball

Evening Exercise (30 min minimum at least 5x)
- Outside walk, treadmill, elliptical
