Fit for life!

I'm determined to make this a true lifestyle change. Although normally active, have gained weight gradually over the past 10 years. Going through some major changes this year: moved to wonderful Oregon; looking for a new career for this next phase of my life; approaching my 60th B-Day in Dec. Lots to do!

My Goals:
Re-establish excercise as a core activity in my daily life.
Be more fit at 60 than I was at 50.
Achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

My Program:
Monitoring daily nutrition and weed out the problems.
Exercising (walking, biking, kayaking) for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
Doing strength exercises 3 days a week.
