The Boomer Sandwich

Grandkids and ill/aging parents...a situation many of us are in. Many out of state trips to care for a parent with Alzheimers and babysitting often when I'm home...both activities I choose but the combo leaves me so tired.
I'm also an Army mom and one of the "kids" has had to move back home as a vegetarian.
My husband and I both need to ramp up our exercise program since we do basically nothing now in that area.
Low/healthy carbs works best for me long-term...but it's ...
