well, thanks for the kind words. but my scale told me a few days ago that I had gained 5 lbs. I weighed this morning and lost a couple...it's probably water weight mostly. i'm drinking my version of a pumpkin spice latte and about to workout. Hope you're having a fab day!

Hey there. I see you're back to sparking. Christmas did me in. It's crazy how it's so much easier to gain pounds vs lose them! oh well, thank God for second chances. Spring and summer will be here before we know it, so I have to get it together.

You look AMAZING in your jeans and in your profile pic. Your students are super lucky to have someone so motivating and so caring. I read your running blog and laughed b/c I had just told myself I guess I better go get some Nike's and just do it cause nothing else seemed to be working as fast as I wanted it to. And seeing as how running has NEVER been something I liked I'm relatively sure little good would have come of me trying to go out and run two miles a day LOL.
