Our new Tony Little Gazelle elliptical works great! I use it 5 times a week! Super sweat for not much cash! You can dooo eeettt!

Health Tip: Slendertone on Amazon.com is a great thing, and really works!($50 bucks) Flip it to your legs with the main cube-shaped pad on the leg-front and it gets both tummy and legs. There is also one for your arms. I was doing two hour walks a day and my body just did not care. Then I lost ten pounds in three weeks and kept losing starting Slendertone as a warm up along with 1 hour with Sunny Health fitness bike before daily and walks. Works great! I have lost 30 pounds since November 2013.

Slendertone on Amazon.com is a great thing, and really works! Flip it to your legs with the main pad on the front and it gets both tummy and legs. I lost ten pounds in three weeks starting it as a warm up before daily walks. I had been doing two hours a day five days a week on the treadmill and my body just did not care. No results happened for months. I measured my tummy and legs, then used the Slendertone and lost three inches on every target area and boom! Ten pounds lost in three weeks. And it has stayed off, true story!

Fitbit fans try the FitRPG for fun! Look it up in Googleplay and it is right there for free. It is a game with quests, weapons, armor, and classes such as dwarf and elf. Daily status on Fitbit powers up the game. Pokemon started this in the 80s with the Pokewalker, a step counter that powered up healing potions in the popular games. Sadly, the new Pokemon games do not have a Pokewalker. Giving people points for fitness quests is a really fun way to keep people motivated, as anyone spinning the Sparkpoints at Sparkpeople.com wheel would know.

P.S. 22 pounds lost since November of last year. I always did 45 minutes on the treadmill daily, but adding 1 hour on the bike before hand and using the Slendertone from Amazon.com changed everything.

21036 Was my Fitbit step count for last night. 45 minutes walking and 1 hour on the bike. 6 days of 45 minutes a day on the treadmill per week at over 12000 steps per day, and goal met for the week.
