I want to get more muscle definition in my arms and abs and be able run once spring comes again. I want to become more organized in my life by using my time more wisely between the house, work and school. I want try to get one bill paid off in a year or so.
I am trying to eat 5 fruits or veggies a day. I do cardio 6 days a week and strength train for 4 days. I am doing harder work outs to lose more. Trying to drink less coffee; and more water.

I like books by Frank Perreti, Max Lucado, and I love Christian romantic suspense books. One of my favorite bible verses is Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
it has been a while since I have been active on SP but....I'm baaaaacccckkk!!!! I was derailed by injuries, then health issues, then life. It is a new day and a new season. I lost ground, but not wisdom or knowledge. I know what works and I am going to work it. Checking in to see who is on hiatus and who is active....Praying that all is well on your world....
I hope the Bible study is giving you peace and hope. I know we don't always understand why God is allowing circumstances to exist the way they do, but I take comfort in the facts that He loves me, He's always with me, and He never allows anything in my life that isn't for my ultimate good -- no matter how hard it is to see that.

I know what you mean, Laura, about asking God why do some things happen to me. I'm being reminded that I need to turn those things over to God and rest in Him. That is sometimes hard to do......I'm one of those humans who picks things back up after 'giving' them to God.
