I want to get more muscle definition in my arms and abs and be able run once spring comes again. I want to become more organized in my life by using my time more wisely between the house, work and school. I want try to get one bill paid off in a year or so.
I am trying to eat 5 fruits or veggies a day. I do cardio 6 days a week and strength train for 4 days. I am doing harder work outs to lose more. Trying to drink less coffee; and more water.
i have lived in Wisconsin all my life. For 28 years of my life I lived on a farm with my family until my husband died. Now I live in Peshtigo.
I like books by Frank Perreti, Max Lucado, and I love Christian romantic suspense books. One of my favorite bible verses is Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Thank you for your thoughtful words on my blog The Magic Number. I appreciated your insight.
I was actually trying to emphasize the "magic" that seems to derail us, when we are trying to do God's will, but fail. I know where I should be, health-wise an I am not there. I get to a certain point, then somehow get sabotaged. I know it's in my head. "I don't deserve this." "I can't do this." The next thing I know, even though I don't say it out loud, I end up off course and always have a justification. this seems to happen when I get to a certain weight. Somewhere in my subconscious that "magic number" tells me I'm doing something wrong, when I'm really doing something right!
So, I'm breaking that spell and creating some of my own "magic" with the help of my Lord, Jesus Christ. You can, too!
I sensed, based on your page, you would like those authors. Congratulations on having your poems published. I've had some published, as well. I've also sold poems. I've had a song used in several churches. It's not a way to make a living, but it's rewarding.
Hi! I noticed a comment of yours on CLAYMACT's page that you've read Oke's books but not Thoene's. Highly recommend with a caveat - they're addictive and you won't be able to put them down. You get some great history along with cliff-hanger endings where you HAVE to read the next book to see what happened. I'm talking about the Zion series. My daughter brought the first one home, and we went through both Zion Covenant and Zion Chronicles series. So did husband.
Reality is what you believe it to be. It's what you put your thought and energy into, because your hands physically manifest thought. So your world becomes what you feel and what you think. Thanks for stopping by my page, you are I will be away for a week, you have a great day and a wonderful week.
Thank you for coming all the way over to my page from your friend's page. I see you also have goals that seek to be healthy in all areas of life, including your finances. I also see you have a love for reading in the Christian genre. By your ID, can I assume you write? I write Christian books, but haven't published any, yet. May I also assume you like books by Jeannette Oke and Bodie Thoene?
