My Goals:
To stop stuffing food into my mouth without thinking. To learn how to deal with what's eating me. Well, think I've got this one figured out. Adding new one: To get up off my butt and move!
My Program:
Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times a week I will make better food choices and eat smaller portions of food that I enjoy.
