I'm a 32 year old mom of a 6 year old. I just want to get back to a weight that makes me feel happy. My goal for 2016 is to track my food. This is a struggle for me and I need to keep it in check. I also plan on doing a half marathon, did this last year but neglected to train. Going to try again this year and be prepared. Also signed up for a Triathlon Sprint!

My Goals:
I want to do a pull up so badly.

I want to fit comfortably in a size 8 pants.

I want to one day complete the Dopey Challenge in Disney World.

I want to get strong and healthy for me and my daughter


My Program:
I workout with a group of women and 4 of us maintain a pretty steady schedule that goes something like this:
Mon- Thurs group workout with varies day to day
Friday- your choice
Saturday- Insanity
Sunday- active rest day, usually a walk or hike




Personal Information:
I have live in Great Falls, MT my whole life and I have worked at the local Coca-Cola plant for 12 years.
I have had the pleasure of annoying my husband for 12 years, and look forward to many many more years.
We have a 6 year old daughter, Lorelei and she is the reason for the butt kicking I take everyday. I want her to appreciate her body and know what eating right and staying active can do for you.


Other Information:
I love to read, I especially like crime/forensic books. I am a Twihard, Go Team Edward. Me and the hubs go camping almost every weekend in the summer and we love to go four wheeling.

    Yeah. I don't know what to say about working out. If I join a gym I just waste money and after the last time I said I'd never do it again. My schedule is very full and mornings are the "best time" and like I said..honestly I just don't want to. Its ok. Eventually something has to give....like the oldest one driving in another year might help.

    I know, you start to feel so tired and you can't get away from it no matter how hard you try. The smoke limits everything we try and do. DS is so sad to start school and they can't play outside and the building is so HOT. We have nearly 500 kids in our school who can't get OUT and expend energy.

    My eyes were stuck shut this morning. Snow, god, please just send the snow.
