Thou shall not weigh more than thy refrigerator

I'm a 30 year old mom of a 5 year old. I just want to get back to a weight that makes me feel happy. My goal for 201 is to complete the Spartan Race Trifecta . It scares me, and that's why I want to do it.

My Goals:
I would like to fit comfortably in a size 6 pants. If I can reach my goal I will reward myself with a shiny new tattoo.

My Program:
3 days of FIIT camp, which is basically Tapout, P90X, and Insanity combined to make you sweat your arse off
Saturday is Zumba
The other days are my mileage days, so either a nice jog out side or some quality treadmill time

Personal Information:
I have live in Great Falls, MT my whole life and I have worked at the local Coca-Cola plant for 10 years.
I have had the pleasure of annoying my husband for 10 years, and look forward to many many more years.
We have a 5 year old daughter, Lorelei and she is the reason for the butt kicking I take everyday. I want her to appreciate her body and know what eating right and staying active can do for you.

Other Information:
I love to read, I especially like crime/forensic books. I am a Twihard, Go Team Edward. Me and the hubs go camping almost every weekend in the summer and we love to go four wheeling.

Awwww... thanks for the compliment! I am really loving these family photos! I felt really great about myself that day too! I totally get the deal with setting a hard number then screwing it up. I'm the same way! But something has pushed me to keep going with this one. It's easy most days, but some days I really have to go out of my way to meet that goal! I hope you have a great weekend!

emoticon No doubt we are worry warts! My challenge today is that I have to take my oldest to the doctor in Missoula and we are grabbing lunch on the way out of town and will have to grab dinner somewhere before we head home! Treacherous territory! I'm thinking of subway before we hit the road though and then save being naughty for dinner tonight when we are in Missoula with tempting places like Hoagieville (can you say cheese fries??) OMG.

I've tried a couple of these recipes and I really like the buttermilk dressing. This could always be made ahead and chilled and taken camping!

I agree, I always feel better when I'm doing what I'm supposed to and its sorta retarded to stop doing it - but I frequently do! My friend and I talk about this exact issue almost on every walk!

Have fun at Holter. Do you go with friends or other family?

We are headed to Flathead Lake ourselves and the weather in Polson looks a tad better than the weather in Helena (a lower % chance of rain) so it should be nice. However it always involves a camp fire which also involves beer or wine for the adults and marshmallows for the kids, lol. Maybe I can stick to light beer at least and try and drink lots of water. We should get some hiking in or we may take our bikes and do some biking so there will be some exercise involved.

I've been contemplating your pushup challenge and I think I'm down with doing pushups but they will be from the knee for awhile. The best I ever did with regular ones was 12 and I was in pretty good shape then!

I'm doing pretty bad with food this week. I'm not sure what my issue is but I guess I'd be best served by just not buying junk. I use the kids as an excuse to buy junk and they don't really need to eat it either.

I did get in a walk and a jog yesterday and made 12,000 steps! Really needed it considering how much and what I ate yesterday emoticon
