Thou shall not weigh more than thy refrigerator

I'm a 30 year old mom of a 5 year old. I just want to get back to a weight that makes me feel happy. My goal for 201 is to complete the Spartan Race Trifecta . It scares me, and that's why I want to do it.

My Goals:
I would like to fit comfortably in a size 6 pants. If I can reach my goal I will reward myself with a shiny new tattoo.

My Program:
3 days of FIIT camp, which is basically Tapout, P90X, and Insanity combined to make you sweat your arse off
Saturday is Zumba
The other days are my mileage days, so either a nice jog out side or some quality treadmill time

Personal Information:
I have live in Great Falls, MT my whole life and I have worked at the local Coca-Cola plant for 10 years.
I have had the pleasure of annoying my husband for 10 years, and look forward to many many more years.
We have a 5 year old daughter, Lorelei and she is the reason for the butt kicking I take everyday. I want her to appreciate her body and know what eating right and staying active can do for you.

Other Information:
I love to read, I especially like crime/forensic books. I am a Twihard, Go Team Edward. Me and the hubs go camping almost every weekend in the summer and we love to go four wheeling.

We need to come up with a "Meal Menu Mantra" lol.
For example:
Meatless Monday
Turkey Tuesday
Super Salad Wednesday
Soup and Sandwich Thursday
Take out Friday (pizza, deli baked chicken, Chinese, whatever!)
Saturday/Sunday Experiment with a new recipe!

I don't know. What I've found works better than saying we are having x on Monday Y on Tuesday and Z on Wednesday is coming up with 6 meal ideas and then moving them around as the week morphs and our schedules change which almost always happens. I have been trying to focus on using my crockpot 1-2 times a week too sometimes for a whole meal and sometimes with just a side dish in it. I made decent red potatoes w/ parmesan this week.
I have a friend who has everyone in her house pick 1 meal and then she buys the stuff for it. I'm not sure that always produces the healthiest meals but it works for her when she is sick of trying to figure out what to cook every week!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I've got the new Charge HR FitBit... I really like it! And I agree, sometimes not putting my goals in writing makes it easier to keep pushing, not sure why!! The pup was very happy, but I think 9 miles is pushing her a little too far... she was pooped! I think 6-7 miles is a much better distance for her!

Thanks for the comment on my blog!! I've never been kayaking either!! ha ha We've always had a boat and all the water toys, but now that the kids are busier we just don't use it to play much anymore!! Plus I'm older and falling hurts way too much!! ha ha I think paddling along nice quiet water sounds great!! We'll see if I stay upright!! emoticon

I'm sorta shocked by this. This afternoon I've been hungry (you know post 3:00) and I (1) looked at my calorie total for the day (2) wished I had not had the 160 calories of skittles so I could have oatmeal this afternoon for appx. the same calories and (3) I ate what was left of my baby carrots (8) and made a cup of decaf tea! emoticon Pretty sure THAT hasn't happened in a year.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. We're not exactly sure what breed(s) my baby girl is. The vet tells me she's part boxer and part something else, no clue. We've been told she looks like a Rhodesian Ridgeback by several people. I think she's just a perfect mutt princess. :)
