POLYANNA2 - ONTARIO

Challenges keep me motivated and I am thrilled to have spent such a successful fall challenge with the Awesome A's! I am back in the kennel with the Spirited Underdogs now, the team that brought me up from a puppy, and looking forward to another successful challenge. 2014 is going to be a great year. Onederland is my goal.

On the intake side of things, I am following the SP food guide but tweaking it to include only foods with high anti-oxidant values and anti-inflammatory properties. I guess you could call it an anti-arthritis diet.

Do you have a big garden? I get a lot of exercise in my garden . I grow a lot of herbs and as many vegetables as I can . We are fortunate in that we have a house on an older lot so we actually have a decent sized yard instead of the postage stamp sized lots some of the newer houses have.

emoticon CAROLE !! U ARE CLERLY Doing as TERRIFICLY as you did on the WINTAH challenge with the weigh in !!

U GO GIRL !!!!! Do you write blogs that I may of missed (while its not a "requirement " of my position,, when I am no to tired from up o 3 pages of email a day to answer,,, that can OFTEN take me 3 hrs to do daily (nightly) but, it'sFINE !! For its helping the team. AND by that it HELPS to ENCoUge others and I THIVE ON IT !! I KNEW going into be a CL from ML this would Easily be the case, but again I DO LOVE IT !! Still there's only so much time to a day,,, so that's why I have the other GREAT leaders to aid me with things I cn not simply do it all,,, of course they DO let me know when someone is in ditress as that's soo important for help.
