My Goals:
I have steadily gained weight the past 3 years, and it has gotten worse since I went back to school. I quit smoking at the beginning of the year and gained a few pounds as well. I want to be happier, healthier and more fit.

My Program:
I have been mostly running, but I think it's time to dust off the bike. I keep making new fitness goals and am always amazed that with hard work I can meet them.

My current goals are training for bay to breakers 12k.

I am also on my way to 3 sets of 15 "real" push-ups. I've been working my way down the stairs.

Just added you as a spark friend, I noticed you are at the top of the bay to breakers fitness points. Just did the Emerald Across the Bay 12K. I walk the events and did the Bay to Breakers last year and going to do it this year to. I like your challenge of 15 real pushups three times a day. How is that going? emoticon Jeff

Hi there! The Bay to Breakers team is on my page, you can join up. All I will need is your first and last name to submit to the Bay To Breakers website and you can join at the group rate with us. When you join the team you will get an ato message that has more details. But, even if you dont join at the group rate you can join the team and meet with us! There is a regular sunday walk that my co-leader does on sundays... As for me I am just training on the hills around marin to get ready, gotta be ready to run right thru!
