1. Get healthy and lose that extra 30lbs. 2. Give up diet cokes 3. walk daily

Iam married, have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Love to walk and hike but hate to "exercise" my favorite hobbies is hiking, reading and walking. I also love to cook for familly get togethers.
Have a GREAT weekend but remember to be mindful!! I'm working on organizing and cleaning house today - one would think since I am retired it would STAY clean and organized but somehow..... LOL God isn't finished with me yet!!
