Hello, I am Paula a 49 year old married mother of two. Jake 20 and Sarah 19.

I have hip troubles which makes exercising very difficult. So am unable to do much of that other than normal stuff like housework, gardening when I am able.

Hello, I am Paula a 49 year old married mother of two. Jake 20 and Sarah 19.

I have hip troubles which makes exercising very difficult. So am unable to do much of that other than normal stuff like housework, gardening when I am able.

I Drink reverse osmosis water from my water filter. Use Australian made and owned cleaning products that are non toxic and without any harsh chemicals.

I have interests in candles, reading, feng shui, computers, positive thinking, spirituality, new age thinking, Leptin Diet, soccer and gardening & beginning Sewing to name a few.

My Goals:
My goals are to to get down to 55 kilos first then 52 kilos and maintain.

To not eat wheat anymore or drink coffee, soft drink / soda or alcohol anymore.

To live a healthier lifestyle for my hips.

My Program:
To watch my portion sizes to serve up and eat less.

To track food.

To get 7- 8 hours sleep a night!

Not to allow junk food into my life or the temptation to eat it.

I will not eat wheat.

I will not drink coffee, soda/soft drink or alcohol of any kind.

To drink at least 7 glasses of water a day aiming for 8!


To not eat after 7.00pm each night of the week.


I will also use all of the resources that are available on SparkPeople for us.
