A PostDoc's SparkPage

PostDocFromSFis wrapping up my postdoc phase! I am slowly reclaiming the healthy lifestyle habits that I gave up to finish school. I do not recommend this approach to school to anyone else. In hindsight, I wish I had known about SparkPeople while I was going through grad school. I can see that I would have gotten the support I needed to get through school using health -promoting behaviors instead of the fast food, no exercise, no sleep approach that I chose.
