Here we go again

I am a 63 year old grandmother. I care for my husband and I am retired. I lose weight, lots of it, then I gain it- over and over. I am an emotional eater. This time I really want to get it off and keep it off.

So all I really have to do is live for today and take each one as it comes. If I do each day well I can succeed.
