More Self-Care, Exercise, and Nutrition for me!

I am returning to Spark People to recommit to my health goals. I currently weigh more than I ever have. I am 50 lbs away from my goal weight. I am committed to losing this weight through exercise and healthy nutrition over the next 7 months.

I want this and I deserve this.

My short terms goals are to workout 4 times a week, eat and track the recommended nutrition for my current weight, and take one day a week to relax mentally and physically.

My Goals:
My March & April goals:

1. I will continue to track my food every day.
2. I will eat healthy foods within my caloric range.
3. I will exercise 3-4 times each week.
4. I will drink 8 glasses of water every day.

My long term goals are:

1. I will treat my body and mind with respect and compassion every day.

2. I will lose an average of 1.5 lbs per week for the next 28 weeks.

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am:

1. partnering with a friend to go to the gym

2. committing to eliminating high fat desserts and pizza from my nutrition (once monthly will be a treat)

3. weighing myself weekly

4. surrounding myself with positive resources and friends to hold me accountable

5. taking my body measurements once a month
