    How are you, haven't heard from you in awhile! I've been up and down with the exercise! Right now I'm up and exercising four-five days a week. Before that I was in a three month slump of very little exercise. I found it too time consuming to log the food and fitness on spark people. Now I just connect with others through the message boards and blogs

    Hi! I'm not sure what a "stone" is compared to pounds. I was told by a Nutrionist to change your exercise up every three times to keep your body guessing. I just do the things I love, such as dancing, playing with the grandchildren, walking, jogging, sprinting intervals, gardening, you can even march in place on commercials while watching your favortie tv program. The important thing is to keep moving! I'm glad your here and am looking forward to watching you progress to your goal. emoticon emoticon
