Let's keep active!
I joined SparkPeople April 9, 2009. Since then, I have become more active, focusing on swimming and walking. I have enjoyed the friendship of many SparkPeople ! I enjoyed participating in the Olympic Torch Relay Challenge, where I was adding my walking and swimming distances to the cumulative group total. It was a lot of fun. I will continue these activities, since they seem to agree with me ! Especially now that I have my new goggles and chlorine-resistant ...

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight, down to 140 pounds.
My Program:
I swim 1 Kilometer, 3x per week. I also walk, at least 20 minutes a day. I've eliminated most beef and pork from my diet. I've adopted the Rainbow Diet, with the rainbow- colored fruits and vegetables ! I also eat chicken and fish.
