2006 -- Joined Sparkpeople
2009 -- Actually started using it! Lost 38 pounds.
2012 -- Regained 30 pounds and turned back to Spark -- lost 70 pounds! Got within spitting distance of my goal.
2014 -- Regained 20 pounds -- working to lose it
2015 -- FINALLY HEADED TO MY GOAL!!

So, where am I at now? I'm determined. ...

So, where am I at now? I'm determined. I'm ferocious. I'm ready to keep banging my head against the wall until I figure out what will work for me. I see now that it isn't enough to lose weight -- it has to be sustainable, you have to be able to keep it off. There is no magic recipe -- the formula for success is constantly changing. And I am determined to keep up.

Rewards

-5 lbs = new fragrance Done!
-10 lbs = A trip to Michaels for new motivational tools (stickers, markers, motivational decorations). DONE! 12/19
-15 lbs = New jeans
-20 lbs = Dye my hair light brown (finally!)
-25 pounds = New high heels
-28 pounds = Burberry Scarf -- GOOD BYE TO OBESE BMI!!!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be happy and healthy in all arenas of my life. Many people in my family have struggled with their weight and I hope to break free of the cycle and blaze my own trail.

My Program:
Dancing 3-4 days a week.
Strength Training 1-2 days a week.
Walking 2 to 4 miles a day.
As of October 2014, I'm on the Paleo Diet.
I drink my water and try to get appropriate sleep.
I also actively seek to manage and reduce my stress through prayer, exercise and relaxation.

Personal Information:
I love all things artsy, from paintings to films to music. I graduated from law school in May of 2011. I love to swim, dance and walk by the beach. I love California and all of our wonderful beaches, forests, wines and cheeses. :)
