My Program:
Circuit Training 50 minutes 2x/week.
Walk briskly for 50 minutes 4-5 x/week.
Swim 30-45 minutes 3x/week during the summer.

Hi there. Now that you've been around for several months, how's it going? I am sitting on the Motivational thread of 50+ (10-24 lbs to lose) in the Fine Tuning (Lose Some) group. Thanks so much for the Blue Ribbon and your sweet comments, Pat! It's been quite a year but I'm really doing well and feel like once I got back to school I've been able to do some good! We'll see in years to come!
