Going Primal

Just living clean & eating a primal diet. In order I eat mostly fats, protein, veggies, nuts and fruit. I eat very small amounts of grains maybe 1 to 2 times a month. My carbs are generally 50 to 100 depending on the day. I avoid all sugar that I can!

I love eating primal! I enjoy the fatty parts of meat, skin on the chicken leg, good organic wholesome veggies, organic fruits and nuts as well! I am getting over systemic candida right now and hope to be able to add back in ...

emoticon Thanks for the goodie. Rebounding is my favorite! Cardio and strength training in one. How was your week? I'm getting nervous about my Whole90 coming to an end. It's safe being able to say no to all sweetners. But gotta live in the real world sometime. Have a great weekend.

Thanks for the Spark Goodie and adding me as a friend. Today is Day2 of my Whole30...and man, am I struggling. I woke up this morning, starving...made myself an egg scramble with peppers/onion/avocado. Even though I was eating, it was incredibly unsatisfying. Ended up in tears...this is way harder than I thought it would be...ugh. But I keep telling myself like they say on the website, "Beating cancer is hard, beating heroin is hard. This. Is. Not. Hard. But holy cow its hard for me! Let me also add that I'm dealing with an ectopic pregnancy which isn't over yet...so this may not have been the brightest idea for me right now.
