Getting fit before 40!
Hello Spark family! My name is Princess and I am an OBG (oldie but goodie) to the spark club. I've been up and down in weight most my life and I am back to where I've started again (unfortunately). My blood pressure is high, the weight is back on and I am willing to try to conquer this forever battle once again. To get my pressure back to normal, reduce my cholesterol, get fit, lose approximately 50 pounds, have fun and feel great!
My Program:
Workout out doing cardio up to an hour each day 5x/wk, strength train 3x/wk for at least 30 minutes, eat healthy 80% of the time, limit sweets and junk foods.
