I believe that quote too. I can do this or anything else that comes across my path. My name is Amy. I have been on the weightloss way of life for 12 years. Its taken me from crash diets to exercise only to fads and fabbies. Now I am here....but over all I have lost more than a 100 pounds and I am have great advise. The best advise I can give is baby steps and dont give up. Everyday is another new beginning.

My Goals:
In my experience, make a huge goal of losing over a 100 pounds is great for overall picture.

However, that goal seem very overwhelming at times. So my goals have come down to 10 pounds at a time.

My current weight is 256. I am very excited to be at this weight. My goal is to be 246 by August 31.

My Program:
Eat a healthy breakfast everyday.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Eat at least 3 fruits day.

Personal Information:
33 years old and have been losing weight since I was 21 years old. After the death of my cousin whose sugar was over 1600.

Other Information:
I love books. I have started at 500 book collection from Stephen King to Racheal Ray and Chuck Norris....anything goes.
