Have fun with the 30 day Shred - when you feel too tired just bring it down a notch but keep moving - if you can't jump high with the jump rope part - that's ok, by day 10 - you are going to notice a big difference in your stamina. Remember, it's a ok to not do this one day and jump back in to it the next - sometimes our bodies are trying to tell us to step back a moment and regroup.
