Hello! My name is Kate. I am a full-time graduate student and part-time nanny.

I have a weight loss goal of losing 20 lbs. In college I was a cheerleader but when I stopped cheering I stopped exercising. I'm afraid to get back into the gym. I feel like I'm starting from square one. My other goals are to lower my stress and anxiety levels and reduce insomnia.
