Hello! Thank you for stopping by my page!! I've been a Sparkpeople member for a few years now, and when I first started I used this site religiously. It's been at least a year since I got serious about losing the weight again, but now I am so ready!! I find it hard to do without a team of support, so I'll take all the advice I can get!! I currently weigh in around 118 or so, give or take a couple of pounds (my weight tends to fluctuate daily). I would really love to hit the 110 mark, but go ...
I would really love to hit the 110 mark, but go even further then that if my body will allow it. I am a curvy short girl, so when I have any extra weight on me it tends to scrunch together (particularly in my abdominal area, grrrrr) and make me look chubby. I've never been tone a day in my life, so that is definitely something I want to add to my goals. Summer is just around the corner and I want to shock everybody with a bangin body!! If anyone can relate, LET'S GET TOGETHER AND MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xoxoxoxoxo PoLa xoxoxoxoxoxo 3/30/09--So April is going to be the beginning of a new program for me. I started getting really serious about this about a week ago, but i've def had my ups and downs even within that short amount of time. I decided i'm going to actually map out my program word for word so that i have no excuse not to stick to it. so here i go: Mondays and Wednesdays- wake up 6:00am- brush teeth, wash face, get into gym clothes. i will have my water and towel ready from the night before to save some time. 6:30am- arrive at the gym, begin with weight training. arms, shoulders, back and abs 7:00am- begin cardio. elliptical for 33mins (the workout plan is automatically set to 28 mins and then it prompts for a 5 min cool down) 7:35ish am- run at 5.0 speed on the treadmill with no incline for 10 mins 7:45am- cool down for 5 mins at 2.0 speed 7:50am- stretch 8:00am- leave the gym and be prepared to get to class by 9am. Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5:30am- wake up, get ready for gym, leave house by 5:45 6am- arrive at gym start weight training of legs and possibly obliques?? 6:30am- cardio--elliptical 33 mins, stairmaster or bicycle for 10 mins 7:15am- stretch, leave gym by 7:30am to get ready for work Sometimes I have Thursdays off from work, and I will def try to take advantage of that at the gym depending on what my school work load looks like. Weekends will be the best days for me to take advantage of the extra time, even though i do work on Saturdays too. The goal is to have a deficit of 500 cals a day, which would add up to about a pound a week. If I can pull out a little extra that would be great. I am more motivated then ever to lose the weight this month and tone up, hopefully this plan will show results! I'm excited to try it out. I will commit to keeping a journal on here or writing about my workouts so that i can see in writing what i am actually accomplishing!! This month of April is going to be dedicated to being productive in all aspects of my life, but mostly with my health and workouts. I'm SO excited to start!!!
