Glad helped in a small way 2FEATHER! It helps if you feel full and make a conscious effort to shut the kitchen light off after dinner and say to yourself, kitchen is closed for the night. It really didn't take me long. I plug in what I want to eat for the day on my Nutrition Tracker and if I'm over I start deleting or lowering grams/ounces etc. So my day is written in stone before I eat anything, I do it while I'm having my morning decaf.
Hi Private Eye, I saw your tip on Not eating after dinner and found that interesting. I will look for J. Michaels book. After dinner is the worst time of the day for me, especially now that I am retired. And I watch waaayyy too much TV; that adds to weight gain. But I do get up during the commercials and do some exercises.
Sorry to hear about your disk problems as my Mother just had spinal fusion surgery so I know what a problem that can be.
So if you any additional tips on not eating after dinner, I could really use your help.
