My Journey So Far

A new year and a new start, with my weight being 106.1kg I aim to lose 10% of that by the 1st April. To do this I will need to sit down and write down my goals and strategy for this to happen. Research and read more on the calorie deficit and add another exercise besides walking to my schedule, and keep tracking my food and exercise.

From one Christina to another, emoticon I just joined Taming the Sweet Tooth and saw your introduction. One of my favorite personal excuses is "it's my families fault"! Not that it isn't the truth when I come from a long line of overweight fantastic cooks with the "finish what's on your plate" mentality and a serious fascination with ice cream. My mom used to yell at us (my dad and me) if we touched her ice cream (which explains why I hide ice cream from my husband now) But anyways, good luck on conquering the craving!

Keep the spark!

Christina

Hello!
Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to read and comment on my blog. I think self-love and self-acceptance take a lot of work and time.
But I've decided they are worth it and that they depend on me, myself and I. So I'm listening to the Inside Out Weight Loss podcasts like crazy so that I can feel much better on my 40th birthday (coming soon!).
Much success on your journey!
Nan
