Hi Promise! No, I don't have a step tracker or a gym membership. I'm working out at home with Leslie Sansone and Spark People videos and a resistance band. I've gotten back on the THM way of eating full time, and I work out 4 days per week. The scale doesn't want to move, but I am losing inches. I may invest in a gym membership to build more muscle in a few months.
